   Proposal Description:
   1) This study will use the NACC database to investigate the pathological          correlates of Rapid Cognitive Decline (RCD) (>3 pts lost on MMSE/year). Our       hypothesis is that patients with RCD are more likely to have multiple             pathologies. A secondary hypothesis is that the distribution of pathology will    be more likely to involve greater areas of the cortex. Research has not yet       explored the post-mortem pathology of RCD, making our efforts expansive to RCD    research.                                                                         2)To test the above stated hypotheses.
